Sustainability: Dyeing Factory
• The power used for this plant is from its own wind mill.
• Individual ETP plant-Zero Liquid Discharge System, water balancing is done using a special software which captures the entire flow of water right from fresh water till ATFD stage.
• 100% Recycle and reuse of salt, 95% Reuse of Water.
• Dyes and Chemical are being used based on GOTS, OEKO-Tex, REACH & Higg Index norms.

Production Process
All stages of our production are monitored via the latest technology ERP Software to ensure a smooth process-flow. In addition to detailed final quality control of the finished garments, we maintain constant quality control at each stage of production. From scratch to final product, we regularly examine the effectiveness of our processes and work flows. Our own quality control team members ensure that every garment is sourced, designed, manufactured and delivered based on our high-quality standards.
